DO YOU THINK, YOU THINK WELL?

💭 How do you think?
💭 How do you manage your thoughts?
💭 What do you do to cultivate the above?
💭 What kind of mindset do you have?

I think that too many of us are backseat passengers to the health of our minds. We believe and “think” that is out of our control. If you do that, it will be.

Thought processes are probably one of the things that we have the most control over. Like anything, to make a change you first need an awareness of what needs changing. Then it takes time and energy to make that change.

If you aren’t consciously aware of your thoughts, they will unconsciously sculpt who you are, including your beliefs and values, creating a very fixed mindset.

This is a mindset that will be limiting your ability to grow, thrive and evolve in life. Any change will appear terrifying to you and the speed and willingness to adapt we will be non-existent.

You might tell yourself that this is what you want and you are happy doing what you are doing. (If that’s the case, great! I am sincerely happy for you).

For a lot of you though I know that this isn’t what you want. And if that is the case just know you can always make a change. You always have a choice.

Food for “thought” and things you can do to expand on this to create better awareness:

✅Start to be aware of your environment, who and what are in it and the influence that has on your thought processes.

✅Take notes of the relationships in your life and the effect this has on your thought processes, beliefs and values.

✅Start to be aware of your inner dialogue, so your self talk.

Final note: Your ability to think well will have an effect on your capacity to heal. Your internal environment, especially your internal dialogue plays a huge role in your gene expression.
